Residential, Commercial, Land and Assemblages (Properties adjacent to each other that are combined and sold as one property). I am currently working primarily in the Atlanta resale market at this time. I am also assembling properties and in land sales working closely with homeowners/land owners and developers of upscale residential properties.

I have successfully served my clients in Georgia for the past 22 years - since 1983. I have been a multi-million dollar producer since I started my career; this means I have consistently sold millions of dollars of real estate every year of my career. EXPERIENCE

During my entire career I have worked consistently in the Atlanta resale market and concurrently, I did new home sales for 14 years.

In the new home arena, I have worked with developers in finding and purchasing raw land, in product selection and in subdivision layout. I have worked with many builders in Cobb County throughout the years, again in product selection and as liaison between the purchasers and the builders (sellers) of the homes. I have assisted my clients in all aspects of purchasing, building, finalizing and the closing of their homes. And, I've enjoyed every minute of it.

INTERESTS

I love my family, people, music and boating. Really, the reason I love Real Estate is the people! It is very satisfying to me personally to be able to help people find and sell their homes and to help them through the transitions that come with moving their families and changing their lives.
